Long Valley Student, Teacher to Appear on News 12

Change the World project reaches new heights.

Long Valley Middle School teacher Matt Marciano and one of his students, Christian Deehan, will appear on News 12 New Jersey on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19 for an assignment that was completed in April.

Marciano, a sixth grade teacher, assigned his students a project called Change the World, where the sixth graders asked to complete a service project that would help others in need.

Deehan, a soccer enthusiast, set up and instructed a training session of the basics of the game to a group of students at the First Cerebral Palsy School of New Jersey in Belleville.
