Snowstorm Closes West Morris Central Wednesday
Regional district uses final allotted inclement weather day.
The West Morris Regional High School District made the decision to close its buildings Wednesday as a second snowstorm in as many days made its way through the area.
Both West Morris Central and Mendham High Schools are closed for the second time this week, as a storm with the potential to dump up to 10 inches of snow, mixed with half an inch of ice, blankets the area.
This is the fourth – and final – allotted inclement weather day for the district, which had previously scheduled a two-hour delayed opening Tuesday night for Wednesday's classes.
