Weekend Full of Sports for Wolfpack Teams

Morris County Tournament play begins.

There are so many local sports in action this weekend, that we felt it necessary to highlight them in our 5 Things column. Without further adieu, let’s see who’s competing.

You Need to Know About Wrestling: The Wolfpack varsity wrestling team will compete in the Morris County Wrestling Tournament preliminary round at 4 p.m. Friday afternoon at Mt. Olive High School. Winners will move on to ensuing rounds on Saturday. Go ‘Pack!

You Need to Know About Hoops: The girls’ varsity basketball team will host High Point Regional High School at 6 p.m. Friday at . The boys’ basketball team will play Friday night at 7 p.m. on the road against Kinnelon in the preliminary round of the Morris County Tournament.

You Need to Know About Fencing: The boys and girls varsity fencing teams will compete against Mendham High School in Mendham at 6 p.m. Friday night, and will also compete in the Morris County Tournament on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Randolph.

You Need to Get in the Pool: The boys and girls varsity swim teams will compete in the U & Me Invitational on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in Morristown.

You Need to Hit the Ice: The Wolfpack Ice Hockey team will skate against Mountain Lakes at Mennen Arena at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday in non-tournament action.
