Where In LV: German Valley Bridge Sign

The lowercase 'c.' stands for Circa.

We stayed on the beaten path this week, and at the very last minute, we found ourselves a winner.

spanning the south branch of the Raritan River, flowing beneath Schooley's Mountain Road, and snapped a shot of the "c." on the informational plaque attached to the overpass. 

That "c." stands for circa, explaining that the bridge was built around 1870.
